2. joining link
To find the optimum length, 
1.put new chain side by side but need 2 rules depending on the type of joint you use.
2.put chain at the largest gear wheels at both sides, and add 2 links. I saw 4 joints. Make sure you obey the rule appropriate for your joining method.
