The cheapest way to degrease and clean bicycle chains

I uaed cloth washing soap but a dishwasher soap could be cheapest and most effective for chains.

I used spray on soap as well but they are hard to apply to chains. A lot of wasted detergent.

Just by using cloth and thinner is not effective because there is still a lot of black fluid despite cleaning with cloth many times. With soap, the cloth is completely clean after just one run of the chain.

To clean the inner rollers, I immersed the chains in methylated spirit.

This is to prepare for applying wax. The most difficult is to make sure the chains are completely dry. Should wait at least 12 hours after running the chains a few rotations once in a while until no more water found.

I ordered the DNP 11-34T threaded freewheel from the official store of  Drift Maniac. It has a rating of over 99% which you need because Aliexpress is no longer on the side of buyers. Aliexpress accepts resolutions where the seller requests the item to be returned at the buyer's expenses.
